Women In Pre-Med, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting women of all racial backgrounds in their pursuit of a degree in the medical field. Your donation will help our organization continue to grow and further support the initiatives we provide to empower our members.

Our Story
Women In Pre-Med, Inc. began as a small student-led club on the historic campus of Tuskegee University. What started as a simple idea between two visionary sisters quickly grew into a powerful national movement.
Recognizing the lack of representation and support for young women—especially women of color—in the medical field, we set out to create a space where they could be seen, heard, and supported.
Today, Women In Pre-Med, Inc. proudly serves over 1,000 members across the United States through more than 15 collegiate chapters. Our mission is clear: to empower and support young women of all racial and cultural backgrounds in their pursuit of a career in medicine. Through national programs, mentorship opportunities, outreach events, leadership training, and professional development, we’re building a future where the next generation of doctors, surgeons, nurses, and healthcare leaders reflect the diversity of the world they serve.
This is more than an organization—this is a movement. And we’re just getting started.

At Women In Pre-Med, Inc., our mission is to empower young women of all racial and cultural backgrounds as they pursue careers in the medical field. We believe that diversity in medicine starts with equal access to resources, mentorship, and opportunity.
Through our national programs, mentorship initiatives, professional development events, outreach activities, and community service projects, we provide our members with the tools and confidence they need to succeed—both in college and beyond.
